No data processing agreement with Nextcloud GmbH is needed because they have no access to your files. The platform includes built-in tools for data export, account deletion requests, and privacy policy display. Supports server-side AES-256 encryption and optional end-to-end encryption for individual folders. For managed hosting, Nextcloud One runs entirely in German data centers.
