OsmAnd B.V. is based in the Netherlands and operates under EU jurisdiction. The app does not collect user location data, does not serve ads, and does not track users. All map data is stored locally on your device. No account is required. A rotating UUID is generated per install for download statistics, but you can disable this in settings. Payment processing is handled by FastSpring, which may transfer payment data to US servers using Standard Contractual Clauses.
